I. JOB SUMMARY
RMPM Issuance Encoder is responsible for the encoding Material Requisition Issuance Slip (MRIS), Material Transfer Request (MTR) and Return Slip (RS) in JDE system. He/She is legally responsible in generating Delivery Receipt for outgoing materials to Toll Packer, Plant transfer and Suppliers. RMPM Issuance Encoder is accountable in maintaining, updating and transmitting inventory for export. He/She is also responsible in the issuance of labels for overprint of export department and generates Receiving Report (RR) in manual for export materials. RMPM Issuance Encoder is liable for filing and safekeeping in the assigned documents for the issuance process.
